Introducing a stunning large Murano Glass Bowl from our Murano Glass Sea Shell Collection. Yes, this is a glass. Not porcelane, not ceramics and not an actual shell. Murano Maestro used very old techniques called Lattimo, to create milky, not transparent and mix it with rich black and gentle silvery enamel glass rod. This technique gives the bowl amazing shell like look with a matte finish on the outside and smooth shiny finish on the insuide.

 

This technique, dated  back almost for 8 centuries, uses similar to enamel chemical composition and was known as majolica. High Gloss and Maestro imagination created a sea shell illusion for this large  Murano Glass Vase.
