Our Return Policy at 1001Shops LLC. is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (except the shipping cost) within 30 days.  With 1001Shops LLC's return policy there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you call us within 3 days and send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Yes, the shipment is FREE in continental USA, except the shipment to Alaska

Yes. All the items we sell are handmade in Italy and are received directly from Italy. All of them come with a certificate of authenticity. Still we do carry items that are not Italian made and they are specifically stated to be so. You can find them in separate category with country of origin in description.
